Attunes you to a higher frequency of reiki energy. At this stage you will learn reiki symbols, intuitive development, and how to channel energy to work on clients.

Reiki level 1 is for the individual looking for self-empowerment and self-healing tools. Reiki energy will help strengthen your intuition. You will learn about energy healing, how reiki works, history of reiki, and hand positions for self-healing.

In reiki level 2 training you will access the power of reiki symbols and mantras. You will learn how to do reiki on others, as well as speed up your own healing journey. Expect an increase in intuitive abilities and mental clarity.

An attunement is a process that attunes you to the frequency of reiki energy. This allows you to channel reiki (universal life force) energy to yourself and others.
